Delete your account

In the app

1. Open BLACKBONE and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Account & Security, then Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account, workouts, personal records, programs, body measurements, progress photos and coach links. This cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings.

Can't open the app?

Ask for deletion here. We email you from blackboneoffical@blackbone.tech to check the request is really yours, then delete the account and its data and tell you when it is done. You can also email us from the address on your account.
